One of the better aspects of blogs, I suppose. It reminds me of one of Orin Kerr's posts a while back in which he discussed an opinion and some public comments by a district judge.

If I recall correctly (my browser isn't displaying the comments -- the bug is either in Professor Kerr's code or my computer), one of the judge's colleagues responded in the comments.
