I use the categories on a semi-regular basis, but my demand for Crescat may be abnormal.
Posted by Amber at February 21, 2005 03:18 PMI'm going to go with: yes, slightly.
But yay for rebuilding (since my neo-Luddishness knows nothing about database software, SQL in particular).
Posted by Jeremy at February 21, 2005 04:31 PMI use the categories occasionally, but hooray for the rebuild!
I'm glad for the rebuild, but the loss of all those categories is a real tragedy...
Posted by paul at February 21, 2005 05:25 PMI'm for categories if Waddling Thunder gets one for his WIETW posts.
Posted by agm at February 21, 2005 06:58 PMAnd Will Baude gets one for fights with Phoebe Matlz and for poetry telling us when he's had a good night...
Posted by agm at February 21, 2005 06:59 PMAs always, if you send me the relevant information from the MySQL and DB2 databases, I'd be happy to try and organize a quick repair job.
Posted by A. Rickey at February 21, 2005 09:16 PMThe only loss to me is the category for Kazakhstan posts.
Posted by zzyz at February 21, 2005 09:50 PMZZyz,
Thank you, but that, fortunately, is not lost. It's all at http://www.crescatsententia.org/archives/cat_kazakhstan.html.
And since I'm no longer in Kazakhstan and under a blogging silence, may I direct you to my fellow volunteers Ryan, Susan, and Tim.
Posted by Amanda at February 21, 2005 11:28 PMYes, but next time you post another one to the same category, they all fall down.
