I've just noticed that the M&A Journal has run a long (14 page) article on Lucian Bebchuk v. CA, a case decided by Vice Chancellor Stephen P. Lamb of the Delaware Court of Chancery during the time I was one of his law clerks. Obviously, I can't say anything about it more than that, but I do note that the nice things the article says about the Vice Chancellor are all true. If you're interested in the more academic side of corporate law, it's a good read.
