Crimes

Does anyone think that feeding an unsuspecting customer otherwise wholesome food that you know will make them sleepy and tired, with the intent of making them sleepy and tired, is either a crime or a tort?

To be clear, no drugs or adulterants of any kind. Just wholesome, fresh, food, chosen specifically with the intent to make people feel less than their best.

EDIT: Also, would it change your analysis if you were paid to do it by a third party? That is, you didn't serve them the food because it amused you, but because someone else paid you to make them sleepy and tired.
