Poem of the Night
Particularly tonight, having heard of Don Randel's closing presidency. This one, by A.R.Ammons (and heard at least once before, at commencement):
May happiness
pursue you,
catch you
often, and,
should it
lose you,
be waiting
ahead, making
a clearing
for you.

Elsewhere
Not only do I have a new post at The Conglomerate (about violent video games) but I also have been engaging in an excruciatingly long argument at Heidi Bond's blog about Hedgepeth. I think it was rightly decided (children are not a suspect class, the zero-tolerance policy and the no-citation policy were both rational, and mandatory arrests for a clear violation of the law satisfy the 4th Amendment).

Federalist Society Blogs
I am searching for group-blogs run by Fed. Society chapters. The obvious examples are Ex Parte, over at Harvard, and Ex Post, over at Columbia. Are there others, or is that it?
Comments invited.
