Lawrence Summers's much-discussed remarks are now available online. If this stuff makes tenured professors at Harvard feel intimidated or ill, the university is much more doomed than I had thought.

Apparently the sight of a collarless linen shirt drove Angus Dwyer to distraction in Tax yesterday. For my part, I paid more attention than ever before, except when arguing in whispers to Steve about whether stock dividends should be taxed as cash dividends.
